Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Mamta Enterprise (mamtastationery.com). By purchasing products from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from Mamta Enterprise, operated from 1st Floor, Office No 3, Govind Sadan, 71 Modi Street, Fort, Mumbai City — 400 001, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email/SMS from Mamta Enterprise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team at +91 99203 84855.

4. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value may apply for certain products or delivery locations. The applicable minimum order value, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Orders below the minimum value may not be processed.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • 📱 UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • 💳 Debit / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • 🏦 Net Banking

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Mamta Enterprise does not store your card or banking details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across all districts of Maharashtra only.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and product availability.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Mamta Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. No Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: All sales are final. Mamta Enterprise does not accept returns or provide refunds on any products once the order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

In exceptional cases — such as receiving a damaged or wrong product — please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographs as proof. We will review the case and take appropriate action at our discretion.

8. Warranty

Warranty on products, if applicable, is as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Mamta Enterprise acts as a reseller and does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty claims.

9. Custom Orders

Custom orders, if available, are subject to additional terms which will be communicated at the time of order placement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are strictly non-refundable.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Any attempt at fraud, abuse, or misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension and/or legal action.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
