Why No Returns?
We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order from our office at Fort, Mumbai. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased and delivered without any defect or error
- Products used, opened, or tampered with after delivery
- Custom-made or personalised orders
- Issues reported after the 24-hour reporting window
- Products returned without prior approval from our team
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at +91 99203 84855. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
