⚠️ No Refund Policy

All sales at Mamta Enterprise are final. We do not offer refunds on any products once the order has been delivered. Please carefully review your order — including product details, quantity, and pricing — before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

📦 Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

🔄 Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will verify and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

💳 Failed Payment (Amount Debited)

If your online payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If not received, please contact your bank or our support team.

How to Report an Issue

If you fall under any of the exceptions above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach photographs of the damaged/wrong product.
  4. Our team will review the case and respond within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products used, opened, or altered after delivery
  • Delay in delivery beyond estimated dates
  • Issues reported after the 24-hour window
  • Custom orders
